My mom suddenly got furious because her pc suddenly did not boot anymore. As a writer, she needs to have the pc turned on as she has files in there. I volunteered to take a look at it but I felt that I was totally an idiot not knowing what to do about it. So we ended up calling a local tech to fix it. I am glad I have my own laptop.
